- Scheduled Appointments: Requires advance booking. Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- Quotations: All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or additional work required, which will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for all services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.
- Deposits: For larger projects or specific installations, a deposit may be required beforehand. This will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
- Late Payments: Solara Plumbing reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 5% per month or the maximum permissible by Irish law.
- Invoicing: Detailed invoices will be provided for all services rendered, outlining costs for labour, materials, and any applicable taxes.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient and safe service delivery, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information regarding the plumbing or heating issue.
- Ensuring safe access to the work area for our technicians.
- Informing Solara Plumbing of any known hazards or special conditions on the property.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranties on parts and labour will be provided in writing upon completion of relevant services, in accordance with Irish consumer protection laws.
- Labour Guarantee: Typically 30 days for repairs, 1 year for new installations, unless otherwise specified.
- Parts Guarantee: Subject to manufacturer's warranty. We will assist customers with warranty claims where appropriate.
5. Limitation of Liability
Solara Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
- Any content obtained from the services; and
- Unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Privacy Policy
